These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rainbowurns.com (the "Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is an informational presence for our range of handmade pet memorial urns, aimed at business partners such as crematoria, veterinary practices, retailers and distributors. It provides product information and a way to contact us.

The Website does not sell products online. There is no checkout, payment or order function. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to sell, and no contract of sale is concluded through the Website. Any product presentation is an invitation to contact us; the price and terms of any future supply are agreed separately, in writing, between us and the business partner.
